Gildan Softstyle is my ultimate go-to brand. They're soft, barely shrink, and best of all they are the most affordable. This is the brand I bleach. Bella+Canvas is amazing for their color selection, and they are a tad bit thinner so if you are hot all the time like me, you may want a break from Softstyle. They are only a slight upcharge.
Comfort Colors are becoming a fast favorite, but as 100% cotton they will shrink in the dryer. They are soft and thick, and a baggier boxy fit. Men prefer CC because they run bigger. Additional upcharge.

Gildan Heavy blend Crewneck color chart.
Fits true-to size. Size up one for a more relaxed fit, two sizes for looser fit.

Gildan 18000 and 18500 are the same size chart.
Comfort Colors are thicker than other T-shirt brands.
Size up one for a relaxed fit, 2 sizes for loose fit, 3 sizes for an oversized fit.

Dark Heather & Heather colors are 65/35 polyester/cotton
Antique colors & Sport Grey are 90/10 cotton/polyester
Graphite Heather is 50/50 cotton/ polyester
