FAQ

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please make sure you enter the correct address for delivery. I cannot stop delivery once the package is shipped. If you live in an apartment or have a PO Box, please make sure you have a way to receive your package.

Scarlett Lane Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages.

LOCALS: I do not deliver or meet for pick up. 

All packages are charged shipping based on weight/size and if you feel the price is not accurate, let me know and I will double check.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges allowed.  All items are custom & made to order. Please see size and color charts before ordering. There are very descriptive notes on the Size + Color Chart Page. I personally wear all these brands often so I can give additional input. IF you have questions please ask before ordering. IF you received the wrong item or it is significantly defective, please reach out via email within 3 days of delivery.

*Cancellations are not allowed.

Orders are processed sometimes immediately after being received.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive notification once your order ships and tracking will be included, most likely from USPS. Some larger orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS for speed and cost efficiency.  As stated above, if you have a large order, make sure that UPS or FedEx can deliver to your area. If your item arrives damaged, save the packaging and take pictures of everything. I cannot make delivery go any faster. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERING
We no longer fulfill custom order requests. "Custom" is available if you want a specific design found on the site with a specific shirt that is not available as an option in the drop-down menu. I can change the available options. (For instance, bigfoot on a kid's shirt)
Bulk/wholesale available, the MOQ is 10 of the same shirt/same design - email to discuss prices.
You may make suggestions for designs, but please note I am not a graphic designer.
If you want a bulk order and have your own design, make sure your image is of high quality.
TURNAROUND TIME
Most orders are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. There is also an additional number of days for shipping (3-5 business days). Occasionally the TAT (turnaround time) will be longer. It depends on the time of year, availability of products, and your order size.  If you need an order sooner, let us know. There are options available such as rush fees and shipping upgrades. I always suggest ordering way ahead of time, or at least 2 weeks before the item is needed.
My Shirt Has a Hole in it, What do I do?
There are various kinds of fabric glue, one example would be Liquid Stitch.
My Shirt Shrunk, Can I unshrink it?
There are a few methods, one involves using baby shampoo or conditioner. The other way is good old stretching by hand. Both can cause some damage if not careful. I suggest checking google for a detailed answer. Once it's to your liking, Wash as normal and do not place your shirt in the dryer.
